There are many Public pay phones across Marmaris town, in able to use them you need to buy  "phone card" [Dialing cards] you can get almost in all store, when they appear in units of 30, 60, 100.

After input of the card to the device, you have to wait in order to hear the tone " bip " and then start dialing. If during the call you hear more " bip ", that is the units in the card are almost finished. The Number of the rest of the units will flash on the device screen and writing up " exchange card. When this announcement appears, replace the card by pressing on button "exchange card”.

Is recommended to buy the phone cards in post office agency, or in the Marmaris banks.

It is advisable not to purchase the cards from children that sell the cards, and or from hawkers and kiosks, that exploit lack of knowledge, and language difficulties of tourists in an attempt to charge significant prices.

Also it possible to acquire, smart phone cards that contain 100 - 350 units. In these you can use as well with phone devices that work with by credit Cards. And there are quite comfortable. It is advisable not to call from the hotel since there are quite expensive.

Tip
It is advisable not to typing your private details (passwords, bank accounts) in Public computer, i.e. in hotel, or Internet cafes. Usually these places are not clean the cache memory (that save all your info in the computer).

So, if you don’t want that someone will use your personal info, you can clean by yourself, or simply avoid typing your private details in public computers.
