Turkey Climate
Since Turkey is a big country, it is possible to find a wide rang of
temporarily. Sunny Mediterranean weather, snow with temperatures
under 0 inland. In spite of that, it is possible to say about the
climate of Turkey, that it moves in certain boundaries. As a rule,
in the southern beaches area, it is sunny and hot most of the time.
The winters in the those areas is relatively moderate, when in the
summers, it over 30c in June- August.
The black sea area, is chilly with about 10c. Inside the continent,
it is colder. In the high Anatolia, there are big fluctuations
between heat and cold, and this is as a result of height of the
Place. For example, in the northern area of the state, where Ankara,
the capital, is situated, it snows in the winter along with strong
winds, and under 0c. In Istanbul, it snows every so often, in the
winter, with moderate summers. In the coastal area of Marmaris and
the Aegean area, warmer then Istanbul and Ankara. Izmir area, in the
south, hotter, in the winter and in the summer. Around the cities of
Bodrum, Marmaris and Fatihye, the weather is a coastal weather.
Generally speaking, the more southward you go, the summers are
warmish, and winters more moderate. If you continue eastward towards
Van, and onward towards the boundary with Iraq and Iran, you will
discover that the winter is cold with hard.
