You can elect to be your first subscriber
by upgrading your own account and paying $9.97 per
month.
Your other option is to find someone who
wants to use our services, signs up as a
subscriber
and pays $9.97 for unlimited access to the site.
During this promotion, Friendswin will advertise
and
market our suite of video products to potential
subscribers
around the world.
The actual start date of our marketing activities
will coincide
with the launch of the video products (i.e., Video
Dating,
Video Resumes, etc.)
As our marketing campaigns start rolling out and
subscribers
start signing up, we will be "spilling over"
these unsponsored subscribers to our qualified
IMRs.
Our model will place one new subscriber per
qualified IMR until every qualified IMR has
received one subscriber,
then, start over and add the second subscriber.
Our goal is to distribute subscribers evenly among
all our qualified IMRs.
The actual spillover will probably start in
November.
Existing IMRs who upgrade or continue their
"paying
subscriber" status in November will be eligible
for subscriber
spillover in December.
NEW IMRs will be eligible as soon as they upgrade
or find their
1st paying customer. This allows us to share this
opportunity
